Bath Time

JD loves the bath. He splashes and makes a lot of noise.

New tooth

JD is over 9 months old and his first tooth finally popped up about a week ago. Katie had at least 3 by his age.

Time Out

So we have pretty much mastered the time out thing. She sits here because the timer is right above her. She sits for two minutes one minute per year old she is just like on supernanny. When she hears the beep she knows she can get up. She has even put herself in time out a few times. Once she got up and said "I better go to time out." I asked her why and she said "I pushed." More often then not JD is part of the reason why she's in time out. She has pulled his hair, bopped him on the head and pushed him. But she's a really sweet girl I promise.

Circumcision

Well...I know it is a little late now but I've been rethinking our decision to have our little JD circumcised. We did it the morning after he was born and now I kinda wish we hadn't. The more I read on it NOW the more I wonder. Yesterday really got me thinking. It was JD's 9 month well-check. He weighed 17 pounds 7 ounces. His height is in the 50th %ile which will make him 5'10" if he continues this way. But then the Dr looked at his penis. I thought I'd been doing everything I should but apparently not. His foreskin had started healing back over. So...what did the doctor do to my poor unsuspecting baby boy? She forced the skin back down!!! Holy Shnikies! I seriously felt sick to my stomach and continue to every time I think about it.
